Our Story

Donesha's Story

I was born and raised in Chicago. I moved to Michigan to pursue my undergaduate degree and from there relocated to DC/MD after I completed school. I began working at Capitol College soon after my arrival.  I was reluctant to not make any friends as I felt out of place. Then HE (Divine Muhammad-Nazeer) arrived. I had found a friend. Never did I imagine we would connect on some many levels in such a short amount of time. It did not take much for me to fall; he was absolutely what I wanted. It only took me too travel 600 miles to find my LOVE. The last 6 years I have spent with him has been crazy, fast, and so amazing. I'm happy he finally decided to lock me down and throw away the key.

Divine's Story

I’m a Detroit born, Baltimore raised young man that loves math and designing things. Electricity always intrigued me and I always knew earlier on that I would go to college, but never in a million years did I expect the college to be smaller then my high school. Somehow I found myself at Capitol College (most never heard of and can’t locate on a map). Struggling through nearly 4 years of college before seeing the most attractive women walk pass. 4 years of writing reports, doing labs, partying on a campus the size of 3 flag football fields with the population equivalent to a very small hotel (which still has vacancies) before I understood why I came and better yet stayed at Capitol College.  It was all to meet this funny, charismatic, charming, goofy, competitive, active, gorgeous, intelligent, happy woman by the name of Donesha Grant. And all it took was for me to say “What’s for Lunch?”. So simple!
